Indirect labor definition:  For the TDC methodology, ALL people involved with downtime. QC, Engineering, various levels of management, maintenance support, forklift driver, etc. etc. So a machine that only needs 1 operator, 2 maintenance to fix, might actually have 6 people truly involved when it is down.
